Tenants may access their suites whenever they need to. All tenants have 24/7 access to their units.

The building’s newly renovated lounge includes: a secured guard and concierge station, charging stations, High Top Table Seating, Couch and Lounge Chair Seating and a TV area which is further supported by Fedex and UPS kiosks.  Off lobby dining options include the Pit and the Peel and the Roll and Press Café.
